Deeley Freed is an independent group of property companies based in Bristol with a proven track record for delivering award-winning, complex regeneration schemes.
The Group’s main focus is in the West Country and Wales and in particular Bristol and Bath. We concentrate on mixed-use, leisure, residential and retail developments usually on brownfield sites, creating and delivering projects which are commercially successful and make a valuable contribution to the local community. We also have long experience in bringing strategic sites through the planning system.
We work on our own schemes or in joint ventures with partners who either have complimentary skills or are landowners, and increasingly, occupiers seeking development expertise for bespoke solutions.
