Joining Deeley Freed Estates in 2011 and subsequently forming Deeley Freed Development Management Limited with colleagues, Ross has managed developments across many sectors from inception to completion. Working both with Deeley Freed and as a third-party consultant, Ross is as comfortable within the pre-contract stages of a development, including working up and delivering planning applications as he is post contract, delivering complex construction projects as a development manager, project manager or employer’s agent. Ross is a member of the RICS, having qualified as a chartered project management surveyor in 2003.
