Iain Neary

Iain joined Deeley Freed as a director in 2006 and focuses on the development management and delivery side of the business. Iain takes responsibility for the post-contract phase of a development, as well as managing the relationship with funds and end users to handover. Iain was previously a project manager for Drivers Jonas in London where he worked on the Tate Gallery re-development, and National Head of Project Management for King Sturge, where he delivered a £1 billion portfolio of work. Between 1987 and 1991, Iain was an army officer in the Royal Engineers, project managing the re-organisation of the military estate in the UK and Germany while playing a lot of rugby!
