Cribbs Urban Village, South Gloucestershire

In joint venture with Taylor Wimpey plc, Deeley Freed obtained outline planning permission for a sustainable urban residential development in north Bristol.  The site will deliver approximately 1,000 homes (including affordable homes), a school, community centre and a retail store. 

Following the grant of planning permission, Bellway Homes plc acquired Deeley Freed's interest in the joint venture and, along with Taylor Wimpey, will deliver up to 1,000 homes.

Our Development Management team were appointed by the Taylor Wimpey/Bellway Homes joint venture to manage the delivery of the c.£24m infrastructure contract.
