As developers, we have a long and successful history of assessing and realising development opportunities in the office, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use markets.
Our in-depth knowledge of different sectors, market conditions and sustainable construction solutions have successfully led to high-quality schemes of varying scale.
We have particularly excelled in complex, technical projects which might involve anything from significant archaeology and listed building restoration to river diversions, quarry filling or large-scale infrastructure.
Our reputation as responsible developers, particularly with partners, local authorities and consultants, and commitment to reducing our carbon impact reflect our ability to deliver projects efficiently and sustainably.
Deal origination
We source new opportunities for development projects either using our own resources or through our extensive network. Using our in-house financial resources and expertise, we take these opportunities through the planning process and deliver schemes through a variety of funding methods, ranging from debt finance to forward funding, with institutional funding partners to equity joint ventures.
Asset management
We have a successful track record of asset managing existing properties to optimise value and negotiating lease re-gears, rent reviews and lettings to generate returns for our partners.
Joint ventures
We have a long history of partnering with funds, family offices and equity teams on a variety of projects.
Strategic land
We identify and assess strategic land opportunities, manage the process from local plan promotion and examination, submission of a planning application and securing planning consents at a local level or appeal, to marketing the site for sale.
Where necessary, we look to optimise value by undertaking site enabling works to deliver clean, serviced sites for end users. We have an excellent track record of working with landowners to add value to their land-holdings through the planning process, as demonstrated successfully by recent projects at Cribbs Causeway and Inglewood (Torbay).
Our reputation as responsible developers is something we take seriously and we focus on two areas in particular. First, reducing our carbon impact and delivering sustainable developments that are sensitive to the environment, the local community and the property itself.
