Deeley Freed is currently working with LaSalle Investment Management (on behalf of Centrica Pension Fund) on a c.£550m GDV development of the existing Galleries Shopping Centre.

The redevelopment of this 4.8 acre city centre site offers an unprecedented opportunity to revitalise the heart of Bristol.

The proposals involve replacing the existing shopping centre and multistorey car park with a modern mixed-used development including offices, purpose-built student accommodation, residential (open-market, affordable housing and build to rent), an aparthotel and mixed retail - all to be built around a new pedestrian landscaped street.
