We deliver cost, risk and project management from initial procurement, tendering and contractor selection through to post-contract services, including valuation certification, change control and final account agreement.

We have been involved both on Deeley Freed and external client projects, on complex multi-faceted and phased schemes.

As construction managers on large projects, our systematic approach to procurement and package management results in clients not only achieving a high-quality product on time but having a much greater awareness of the true construction costs and commercial risk. With careful risk management, the client often achieves lower construction costs when compared with traditional forms of construction procurement.

As clerk of works, our experience of delivering complex construction projects combined with regular site visits and detailed monitoring of workmanship assures clients of a high-quality final product.
